We have a limited number of tickets for walk-in guests to purchase the same – day tickets at our ticket counter. However, to avoid any on-the-spot inconvenience and ensure the best experience, we suggest you to pre-purchase online. On-line ticket can be used on the next day after purchase.

As indicated in our Terms & Conditions, any change to visiting date and time is not allowed.
Q4: Can I cancel/reschedule my ticket because of COVID-19?
As indicated in our Terms & Conditions, any change to visiting date and time is not allowed. However, if you are unable to make your booking time as you are undergoing mandatory quarantine order issued by the government, we may be able to make special arrangements for you as a gesture of goodwill, i.e. cancel the current order and reschedule your booking to another available date and time. Proof of your quarantine mandate may be needed (you may erase sensitive information). Please contact our Ticketing Enquiry team at ticketenquiry@k11.com and provide : e-ticket, Quarantine Order, the Date & Time you wish to visit (under the same day-type) and Contact Number, then we will proceed with the above-mentioned.
Q5: I have paid by credit card but haven’t received my ticket(s).

Q7: Can I earn K dollars by buying tickets for ARTE M Hong Kong Tickets?
Yes. KLUB 11 Members can earn 0.75 points for every HK$1 spent on ARTE M Hong Kong ticket purchase. KLUB 11 Member must bind the membership with the corresponding K Dollar Program membership to earn K Dollars. For the usage of K Dollars, please refer to KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.

Under normal circumstance, average consumer spends around 45 minutes in Arte M.
Q9: What is the arrangement for inclement weather?
- Black Rainstorm/Typhoon Signal #8 – #10 issued before ARTE M opens: exhibition opening is delayed for approximately 3 hours after the signal is lowered.
- Black Rainstorm/Typhoon Signal #8 – #10 issued during opening hours: exhibition closes, or if the signal is lowered after 3pm, we will remain closed for the day.
Please retain and bring your original tickets to the ticket office (within 1 month starting from the day of the inclement weather) to exchange for a new ticket of the same day type.
Q10: What is the late arrival arrangement?
Late entry may result in a long queuing time at the entrance. Therefore, to avoid an unpleasant experience, it is highly recommended to enter the exhibition in accordance with the booking date and time.
